Schedule Begins September 5th
Arthritis Aerobics
A low impact zero cardio workout focusing on decreasing aches and pains along with gaining balance and strength. 
Instructor: Self - Taught
Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. 
Location: Pool

Aqua Aerobics 
A low impact cardiovascular pool workout without the stress of land-based exercise. 
Instructor: Daryl
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday 10:30 a.m.  - 11:15 a.m.
Location: Pool 

Deep Water Exercise 
Located in the deep end of the pool only, with your whole body submerged underwater, this aqua-aerobic class will force you to move with increased resistance. Stay cool in the pool while getting a high-intensity low-impact workout.

Chair Yoga
Using a chair during this yoga class reduces impact on the body and helps build balance and flexibility.

Senior Yoga
A low impact yoga class to build strength and balance while reducing stress. This class is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of senior citizens, though all ages are welcome.

Light Conditioning
Light resistance training using dumbbells, tubing, balls and mat to increase body tone and strength.

Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9:30 - 10:15 a.m.  
Location: Gym
Using the techniques of Muay Thai, learn how to defend yourself while having a full body workout. Workouts begin with a warm up of calisthenics, stretching and then transition into high-energy kickboxing drills.

Location: Gym
A dance fitness program that features aerobic and interval training with a combination of fast/slow rhythms to tone body muscles.

Lunchtime Basketball - New!
Play a pickup game or just shoot some hoops for fun.
Instructor: Self-Taught
Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30 - 1:30 p.m.

Fees & Membership 
All Inclusive Membership: $400/year
Senior/Student Rate: $360 (I.D. Required)
Includes access to fitness center, gym, adult lap swim, aqua fitness and unlimited fitness classes. 

Basic Adult Membership: $275/year
Senior/Student Rate: $250 (I.D. Required)
Basic adult membership includes access to fitness center, gym, adult lap swim, aqua fitness
and a punch card for 5 classes. A 50% discount off additional punch card purchases is also included.

Daily Access/Class Fees

$8 daily
$70 - 10 punch card
$120 - 20 punch card

The Club communicates any changes in schedule via email. Please provide email to the front desk staff. 

General Information
Parking is available in the lower lot adjacent to the building on 
95 Church Street. There is additional parking available in our Mill Street lot, located at the back of the building. 
All adult members should enter through the front door and check in the front desk upon arrival. The back door (to the pool deck) may be used by adult members to enter the building between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The door will remain locked; members will need to be let in by front desk staff. Non-member participants must enter through the front door.
Program Offerings and Schedule
The Adult program schedule is subject to change based on participation, interest and youth schedules. We encourage all members to provide feedback and ideas to improve our programs.

Rules & Etiquette
All participants must check in at front desk.

  • Be respectful of other members and set a positive example for youth members.
  • Clean equipment and put away after use.
  • Shower before entering pool.
  • Share pool lanes and workout equipment.
  • Wear appropriate attire/footwear for activity.
  • Spotter must assist when using free weights.
  • The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
