BGCNC is the largest youth development agency in the area and impacts approximately 2,000 individuals each year. We have strong values, embrace diversity and offer great benefits, including health and dental coverage, retirement planning, and paid time off.
For college students, we offer a variety of internships during the summer and throughout the school year (for academic credit only/unpaid).
