Triple Play- Mind, Body, & Soul
The goal of Triple Play is to improve the overall health of Club members by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition and fitness habits, and encouraging them to develop healthy relationships.
Games Room Tournaments
Each week, members are put to the challenge with different games. Join us for a game of Checkers, Chess, Twister, Clue, Stratego, Scrabble, Scategories, Trivial Pursuit, Connect Four, Battleship, or Outburst. Prizes are awarded monthly to top participants.
Flo-Harvey Basketball League Practices begin in January. Join the traveling team and play against other Boys & Girls Clubs. It's a great way to continue to play after school teams finish for the season. Contact Dan Erickson for more details.
Fitness & Strength Join us in the newly renovated weight room! With new cardio and strength equipment, you will learn the basics of staying in shape. Ages 14-18, most days at 6 pm.
NEW! Rock Climbing Club Join us on Thursdays for our rock climbing club! Learn climbing techniques, have fun, and challenge yourself! No additional cost, members only. Permission slip/waiver required, call Dan Erickson for more details: 847-6927 x 16.
Health & Life Skills
SmartGirls
SmartGirls is a small-group health and fitness club for girls ages 10-13, and 14-18. Members prepare healthy snacks, exercise, talk about girl stuff, and take monthly field trips.
Passport to Manhood
Similiar to SmartGirls, Passport to Manhood offers boys ages 10-13 a supportive, relaxed atmosphere where they can challenge themselves physically and learn life skills.
