Basketball Strength and Conditioning Sessions
Youth Ages 10- 17 

October 11th - November 22nd
Mondays & Wednesdays
4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Florence Gray Center, 1 York Street, Newport, RI

The focus will be on endurance, agility, balance, and weight lifting.
Training will target all muscle groups needed for a 
competitive edge in the 2017 - 2018 season.

Boys & Girls Club membership required. Scholarships available.
